Atmpc01 is an over-temperature detector. When the chip temperature rises over the high threshold temperature (140oC approx.) the output signal turns high. If the chip temperature falls below the low threshold temperature, the output signal turns low again. A hysteresis of 4oC (approx) is provided for stable operation. The high threshold temperature level (TON) is chosen to indicate a proper operation of the monitored circuit up to 130 oC • •
