Arcoc08 is a precise RC-oscillator with internal R and C, originally designed to provide
system clock. The oscillator features very low voltage coefficient and low temperature
coefficient of clock frequency.
Special trimming inputs allow compensation for R and C process tolerances.
Additional inputs are also provided for test and diagnostic. Since the oscillator is designed for
system clock, there is no enable input. For proper simulation, a low reset signal must be
applied to the PORB input during power-on.
