symadcs2_12b10m is an asynchronous 12bit SAR ADC for low power applications operating from a 1.2V supply. The IP is suitable for sampling rates down from 100kSps up to 10MSps with an implemented dynamic power down mode (DPR) for sampling rates below 1MSps. The maximum current drawn by the IP is less than 700μA at 10MSps. The input reference voltage can be scalable from mid-supply to full-supply range in 0.2V steps. The tolerated input full scale is always equal to the applied reference voltage. The IP is designed to operate in ether a fully differential mode or in a single ended mode. At typical conditions the ENOB is 11.5bits with a SINAD of 71dB. symadcs2_12b10m is realized in a generic 130nm CMOS technology with 1P4M feature using standard masks. The IP occupies an area of 0.1mm2.
